Oh Armstrong, land of the authentic farmer. If you haven’t been this far North, I recommend you go! There is something romantic about the winding back roads and wide open spaces… it really is a country song. Especially if you get to enjoy it without doing all the work -says an Armstrong Farm-Kid turned city slicker 🙋‍♀️.

Armstrong is home to some great hiking trails, the IPE (Aug 28 - Sept 1), AND Noble Wellness Studio; which is where we “yogi-ed”/”yoga-ed” with the kids and also the kids. *insert goat-joke here, baby goats are Kids. Your next trivia night will thank me.*

Noble Wellness Studio is in my top 2 coolest places I’ve visited this month! It is like Sparkling Hills Resort -meets- Babe the movie.

Get on Hwy 97 and when you start seeing cows, you’re getting close (about 10 mins from Vernon). Turn down the bumpy gravel driveway and head to the red barn, where Ta-Da, you’ll find the lovely Santana Brown, Owner and Tanya Snow, Yogi hanging out in a beautiful studio space (that was totally unexpected for a barn).

We spent an hour doing ‘The Hungry Caterpillar’ yoga, having a dance party to ‘Old McDonald had a Farm’, playing some games with yoga blocks and then feeding the goats outside in their pen. This was a fabulous farm and yoga experience all around. Well done ladies! PS: they offer adult and goat yoga too!
