According to The Vernon Morning Star, playgrounds across the Okanagan are scheduled to re-open on June 1st! This includes municipal and regional parks plus public school grounds.
Park-goers are still urged to take covid-prevention precautions including social distancing, frequent hand washing/sanitizing and staying home if you have even the slightest of symptoms. Let’s continue to do our part keeping the covid-cooties away; the Okanagan has done a champion job! *air-high fives everyone*
