I have been a Licensed Realtor since 2006!

I was blessed with parents who invested in Real Estate and taught me along the way. We were a small operation (one property at a time) with my Mother sourcing homes in need of updating and designing the renovations while my Dad was slinging the power tools. By the time I was 20-ish, I had a full hands-on understanding of the process start to finish.

In 2002 I began my business degree heading towards an MBA and just a few years deep, my love for Real Estate jumped up and bit me. I did a side step over to Sauder School of Business and acquired a real estate Trading Services License.

Over the years, I have specialized in residential purchases and sales, investment and vacation properties, renovations and flips, and new construction.

I was born and raised in Armstrong on an 80-acre farm. At 19 years old, I purchased my first home in Vernon and made the “huge” move 20 minutes South. By 22 I was a Licensed Realtor and was by far the youngest in my office. 6 years later, I landed my dream job downtown Kelowna for a boutique Real Estate Brokerage which also owned and managed a retirement community where I acted as the Marketing Director. I had a very “city” lifestyle living and working downtown Kelowna which was a huge contrast from my upbringing! In 2016 I became a Mom and moved back to Vernon.

The Okanagan has always been home. I am grateful to say that I have experienced so many different versions of the Okanagan Lifestyle!

In this present chapter of my life, I am loving being just outside of town on a small acreage.
